I had a fantastic experience at Batteries Plus in Carlisle and can’t recommend them enough. After stopping at the T-Mobile store and getting nowhere due to a system failure and limited inventory, I decided to try Batteries Plus to see if they could at least diagnose the issue with my phone. That turned out to be the best decision I could’ve made. Austin was the one who helped me, and he was outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and wasted no time getting to work. He carefully took my phone apart, walked me through what he was seeing, and actually showed me the internal components, which was really interesting and appreciated. You can tell he genuinely knows his stuff and cares about helping customers. Even better, by the time I left, my phone was working perfectly again. No hassle, no upselling, just honest, professional service that actually solved the problem. That kind of experience is hard to come by. As a bonus, I also noticed they had a much better selection of screen protectors and phone cases than the T-Mobile store, which was a pleasant surprise. Huge thanks to Austin and the team at Batteries Plus. I’m extremely grateful for the help and will definitely be back for any future needs.
