How to Replace Your Key Fob Battery
There are several small cell key fob batteries available, and each has a different format number. You can find the format number on the battery that's currently in your fob; the most common types are CR2025 and CR2032. You can also check your owner's manual to tell you which battery to use.
Replacing the battery yourself is pretty straightforward. It takes a few minutes and requires a screwdriver. But if you'd rather leave it to the pros, our in-store battery replacement services will take away the guesswork, no appointment needed.
