In honor of America's 250th anniversary, Batteries Plus is a proud supporter of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the U.S. With more than 1.3 million members, the VFW assists veterans with VA claims, separation benefits, and more.
Purchase any LUXPRO products, like high-powered flashlights or hands-free work lamps, at your local Batteries Plus, as Batteries Plus & LUXPRO proudly support the VFW National Veterans Service Program, providing free claims assistance to military and veteran families.

Arbor Day Foundation
2026 - Results coming soon!
To celebrate Arbor Day and Earth Month, we once again partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation to plant trees across the US. How? Throughout April and May, every pack of Energizer MAX® AA or AAA batteries sold resulted in another tree planted! This year, our reforestation project was higher than ever: X trees!
Every donation helps restore our nation's forests in need. Thank you and Energizer for helping us!
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
2026 - Over $163,000 raised!
For the first time ever, Batteries Plus partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for our first Power with Purpose event of 2026. Our customers received $10 off 36-packs of Duracell Coppertop AA or AAA batteries, and every purchase led to a direct donation to St. Jude.
Every donation helps a young St. Jude patient and their family. Thank you for helping us!
Toys for Tots
2025 - Over 1.7 million batteries donated!
For the first time, Batteries Plus partnered with Energizer to support our continued partnership with Toys for Tots during the 2025 holiday season. Our customers enjoyed $5 off 24-packs of Energizer MAX® AA or AAA batteries, and every pack purchased equaled a pack donated to Toys for Tots.
Every donation helped power a toy for a child in need. Thank you for helping us support Toys for Tots and children all across the country!
Supporting Families When Disaster Strikes
2025 - Over 613,000 batteries donated!
During August, Batteries Plus once again teamed up with Toys for Tots—this time to support disaster relief efforts during one of the most critical times of year. From August 1–31, we donated 36-packs of Duracell Coppertop AA or AAA batteries for every pack sold.
While many know Toys for Tots for their toy collecting and distribution efforts, their mission extends far beyond the holidays. They provide year-round support to families impacted by hurricanes, floods, fires, and other disasters. Your purchases in August helped us bring a little light and comfort to those navigating unimaginable loss.
Energizing Communities, One Tree at a Time
2025 - Over 34,000 trees planted
To celebrate Arbor Day and Earth Month in 2025, Batteries Plus worked with The Arbor Day Foundation to plant trees in local communities. How? For every 24-pack of Energizer MAX® AA or AAA batteries sold in April or May, Batteries Plus will plant a tree to support strategic restoration efforts in forests of great need. The result? Over 34,000 trees!
Toys for Tots
2024 - Over 1 million batteries donated
Since 2019, we've been helping bring smiles to kids during the holiday season by donating nearly 400,000 batteries. This year, we set an ambitious goal—to surpass 1 million donated batteries—and thanks to our incredible network of store owners and customers, we did it!
For every 24-pack of Duracell Coppertop AA or AAA batteries purchased during the event, Batteries Plus donated batteries on your behalf, ensuring that toys could bring joy to even more children. Together, we powered over a million holiday moments, and we couldn't have done it without you!
